Lifetime Warranty

Exchange Only

We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to exchange any defective or unsatisfactory product for a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a comparable substitute.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost in transit. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate an Exchange

1. Contact our customer service team at order@dansuntitanium.com to request an exchange.

2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

3. Package the item securely and ship it to the provided return address.

4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement.

Conditions

• Exchange takes place only when the items are returned.

• This policy applies only to products purchased directly from our online shop excluding the following category: Apparel.

• Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications void the warranty.
